Yo! My name is Janey. I am twenty-four years old, an adventurer, storyteller, and a lover of English literature and writing. I adore anything outdoors in the bright sun. And, while trying to survive the spiral of adult life, I relish any opportunity to visit or enjoy the great outdoors whether in the form of backpacking through the woods on a crisp fall weekend or through playing organized sports in the scorching heat of the summer such as softball, tennis, basketball, hockey.
But not only am I a lover of the outdoors and sports, I also have a passion for photography (most of the pictures on my blog are taken by moi!). I love to photograph my friends and nature in my spare time.
Besides these things I am a quiet yet adventurous person who is practical, hardworking, loyal, and organized. Some of my favorite things are fall (or maybe spring, I can never decide which I like more), the perfect iced matcha latte, cut flowers on the kitchen table, books I’ve read several times, teaching my friends new skills, and listening to musical soundtracks. I love just playing in a soft grassy field and doing cartwheels and looking at the sky.
However aside from my deep appreciation for the outdoors and literature, I want to create a unique inspiring adventure for YOU! I hope that when you view my work you smile and are encouraged with the beauty of the surrounding world, so that ultimately I can encourage everyone to make the world a happier place.
